Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Iron Worker to join our team and play a crucial role in the installation and construction of our solar power structures. As an Iron Worker, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and reinforcing the steel frameworks that support solar panels in our energy solutions projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling, cutting, and welding steel components, as well as working in outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install steel structures for solar power systems, including mounting and reinforcing components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to ensure accurate installation.
  • Operate hand and power tools for cutting, bending, and welding steel materials.
  • Ensure structural integrity and safety by following industry standards and company protocols.
  • Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required.
  • Work closely with the construction team to complete projects on time and with precision.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an iron worker, welder, or similar role.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in operating hand and power tools, including cutting and welding equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Familiarity with safety standards related to construction and solar installations.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor environments for extended periods.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in solar energy or renewable energy construction projects.
  • Certification in welding or metalworking.
